Hipolito
Hipolito affectionately known as “Hippo” is a 12 year old confirmed fourth level imported Lusitano gelding, currently schooling PSG. His three gorgeous gaits, lots of correct training, and natural positive energy make him a favorite to ride. Hippo is easily round and light in the connection and steady in his frame. In addition, he has an incredible passage and extended trot, along with an impressive natural ability to sit for the pirouettes. I feel the Grand Prix in this horse, and I believe with the right rider and program he could be once in a lifetime horse.
He is very safe under saddle and tries very hard, however, like many Iberians, he holds some tension through his back. This tendency caused some back soreness last year and he had a little bit of time off due to this. He got his back injected and now feels great! He has recently come back into full work and his price reflects his history accordingly. Hippo is sweet and easy to handle. He is like a giant puppy dog and an absolute pleasure to have in the barn. He even goes out in a herd with other horses and he is wonderful with everyone.

Quitop CL
Quitop CL, affectionately known as “Louie” (Heroi do Monte Bello x Solar dos Pinhais), is a coming 5 year old super AA friendly lusitano gelding standing at 17.2hh. He has been ridden and brought along exclusively by amateurs. He has a super brain and has a show record at training and first level. He was shown at GMHA by an amateur and was wonderful! He also has some jumping and cross country experience, and was taught to jump by a 13 year old—a testament to his disposition. He is naturally rounded and has a great back.

He is super chill and relaxed under saddle, and has been with his current owner since he was a baby. He gets along great with everyone, either in a herd or individually. Unfortunately the farm is just too full right now, so it's time for him to find his person!

Rudy
Rudy is an approximately 10 year old, 13 hand Welsh cross. Although he is small, he takes up a good amount of leg (rider in the photo is 5’5). He has a nice round neck and goes on the bit very easily and willingly. Rudy is forward thinking, light and sensitive to the leg with 3 lovely gaits. He has a fluid clear walk, which makes him pleasant to hack around, and a nice rhythmic canter - ideal for small riders who are just learning the ropes of riding.
He is coming back into shape slowly after some time off from consistent work, so currently he is schooling first level, but he has the potential for more. However, he is brave, confident, and safe under saddle. He has extensive experience on trail and also has been worked around cows and other spooky objects. He is energetic and athletic so would be best suited for an advanced beginner kid or a lesson program with more confident riders- even a tiny adult amateur would have a blast with him in the dressage ring! He is Barefoot with x-rays on file.

He has a spectacular walk and canter with clean flying changes and natural talent for piaffe. And his lateral work is also to die for! He's got wonderful energy with a very safe disposition—he went to his very first show in June 2024 and didn't spook at anything despite the very busy atmosphere! He is talented enough for a professional, but he was shown by a junior student and took amazing care of her. A sweet, kind soul that will love having his very own person!

Hazecat Hacal
SOLD
Hazecat Hacal is a 12 year old 15’3 hh imported Lusitano gelding. “Cat” is a very refined horse, which makes him an ideal ladies’ mount. He is extremely easy to handle on the ground and very very sweet. He’s polite and trailers and bathes very easily. He gets along wonderfully with other horses.
Under saddle, he is a dream to ride. He is a very soft and adjustable ride, with a solid back that keeps him round and steady in his frame. Lateral work comes very easily to him. He is a very forward thinking ride in a pleasant way and not overly hot or reactive to the aids. His lovely gaits—especially his canter—make him super comfortable to ride. He is also SUPER safe under saddle. he just went to his very first show ever and didn’t bat an eye at anything. He got confirmed first and second level by a junior rider and he is working on the third level movements. Although he doesn’t understand the flying change yet, he has a lot of talent for it and it will only be a matter of time until he picks it up.
He is behind in his training for his age due to the fact that he was started very late so he has not been overused. He is a quick learner and extremely trainable. His behavior off property is extremely impressive and he is the perfect amateur horse.

Orange is the New Black
SOLD
Orange is the New Black- affectionately known as “Piper.” She is a 16’1 hh 4 year old KWPN mare by Glocks Toto Jr x Krack C. She is a rare prospect, with a gorgeous WTC and a very good brain. She has been well-started and shown at GMHA, a very busy show with a score of 73% in the USEF 4 year old test- would have been a 74% if the rider had not gone off course. It was her first recognized show and everyone was blown away by her behavior. In late August she showed at Mystic and got wonderful scores in the high 60’s at first level with an adult amateur rider.
She trailers calmly by herself or with others, cross ties, clips, stands for the farrier quietly, and gets along with EVERY other horse- she is not “mareish” in any sense of the word, and she’s probably one of the sweetest, most personable horses that we have ever met. She wants to snuggle and interact with humans constantly. She is a very exciting prospect, she could go very far with a professional and could even be suitable for a confident amateur in a program. She has been very sound and had very clean X rays when we imported her as a 2 year old from Holland.

Organdy CL
SOLD
Talented and charismatic 16.1hh, 2018 buckskin lusitano gelding (Escorial x Solar dos Pinhais). Organdy CL was imported in utero from Brazil by Jorge Gabriel & Casa Lusitana, where he was also started under saddle with correct classical principles. He is an absolutely stunning buckskin with quality gaits and natural talent for upper level dressage. His sire, Leão Plus, is the son of Olympic stallion Escorial, and he has Solar dos Pinhais appearing twice in his dam line. He offers piaffe and passage with ease, and changes are second nature for him – he is known to do a line of one-tempis at liberty for fun. He is an impeccably bred modern dressage Lusitano, and will be a joy to train up the levels. To top it all off, Organdy is the most charming horse to have in the barn. He is intelligent, cheerful, and adores people – the type to fall asleep in the grooming stall and meet you at the gate ready for adventures. Ear scratches are his love language. And (it’s the small things!), he happens to have the nicest, fullest tail of any horse we’ve known.

The owner purchased Organdy as a two year old to be her FEI dance partner, but her circumstances and goals changed (new baby, full time job, managing a growing farm) and it’s necessary to offer this dream horse for sale to the right home. Organdy had a solid foundation of training with Jorge Gabriel, but for the past year they have been trail riding with him. He loves it, and is happy to lead or follow, crosses water, goes over bridges, etc. They did a hunter pace this summer and he was fantastic for his first time out. This work has been fun and is great for his brain and body, but we would like to see him in a program where he can reach his potential. He is barefoot, sound, and healthy – ready to get into serious work with the right partner.
Ideal home: a professional or dedicated AA in a training program with competition goals, looking for a charismatic best friend to take to the top.

Google M
Talented 13 year old, 15.3hh lusitano cross, with a puppy dog personality. Google M is confirmed at Prix St. Georges, and was open champion at 4th level during the 2023 season and is schooling Grand Prix. He is the perfect horse for someone who wants a push button FEI horse on a budget! He is the ideal ladies horse standing at 15.3hh and he is soft and solid in his frame, and very easy in his lateral work and transitions. He has three very beautiful gaits with a clear walk and canter.
He has lovely clean changes that are straightforward and a nice solid start in the piaffe and passage, which he loves to do. He is definitely a GP contender. He requires age-appropriate maintenance. While I think he could be safe enough for an amateur in a program who wants to practice the movements in a familiar setting, he does require a more confident rider in new situations and in the show ring due to the occasional spook. He is never mean about it, and has improved tremendously with trail rides and show exposure. He is a blast to ride, but needs someone who can understand him.
